Maintenance
Wood is quite easy to maintain, it does need to be cleaned regularly to keep it in good condition. You can easily clean it with a damp cloth. If there are more profound stains, use a stiff brush and some water. It is best to keep wooden furniture or other objects away from heat sources such as radiators or fireplaces, the wood is prone to warping when it is exposed to heat. Wet wood can also leave stains on light-colored materials.
